VAI Canopy Specifications
- Pre-Engineered. Each size from 3’ to 6’ projection is pre-engineered for IBC 2018 criteria. Stamped drawings for site specific projects are also available and quoted by project.
- Simplicity. Size specific shop drawing library is available online, with product specific installation guides.
- Versatile. Single piece fascia come in lengths up to 24’, with mechanically fastened corner covers, return arms, hanger rods and wall plates.
- Ease. Canopy kits are boxed and shipped ready to assemble and install with all hardware and bolts (excluding anchors to attach to building). Components slip fit and mechanically assemble, making the system easier and more economical than field welding and painting.
- Adaptable. 6”, 8” and 12” fascia is expandable up to 2” with splice covers, and fascia length can be reduced in the field if needed.
- Economical. Extruded and roll formed aluminum fascia is a lighter material than steel, with the industrial look desired by Architects.
- Value Engineered. The perfect VE product with 4 roof panel options, extruded or roll formed factory coated, and 5 fascia options.
- Complete. The internal gutter on all sides allows for directional drainage via scuppers or downspouts.
- Variety. The VAI system has 12 standard super durable powder coat colors. With a premium upgrade option to match Fabral, MBCI and McElroy colors or custom upgrade to match any color, the options are virtually limitless.
